Our Story
M3 Custom Gloves was built on family and the love of the game. The “M3” stands for Mike, Michael, and Maryella — a dad and his two kids who turned their passion for baseball and softball into a business. Every glove is crafted with care, designed for performance, and customized to tell your unique story. At M3, it's more than just a glove — it’s family, pride, and the game you love.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- What is the turnaround time for a M3 Glove? Our current turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the date of your order. Once your glove ships you will receive a tracking number.
- Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because our gloves are custom-made, all sales are final. If there is a defect or the glove does not match order description, please contact us.
- Do you offer warranty? Yes, all gloves include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects and failures due to normal use. Warranty conditions: The glove must be broken in using natural play only (playing catch); any break-in methods other than playing catch will void the warranty, including but not limited to: steaming, baking, heating, soaking or submerging in water, excessive oils or conditioners. This warranty does not include excessive wear and tear, damage caused by improper care or misuse or alterations or abuse of the glove. If you experience a warranty-related issue, please contact and we will work to resolve it.
- Can changes be made after placing a custom order? No, once order is placed it is sent straight to production and no changes are allowed.
- What is the difference between Japanese Kip and American Kip? Japanese kip is prized for being premium, lightweight, buttery-soft calf leather, ideal for elite players seeking a fast break-in and precise feel, while American Kip (often premium steerhide) offers similar lightness and structure but with slightly more stiffness, needing longer break-in for exceptional durability, making both top-tier choices but with subtle differences in feel and performance for players.
